Move into the living room with comfortable seating, a large HD flat-screen TV, an upgraded sound system, and high ceilings open to the second floor. This open-concept main living area is a great way for you and your group to be together, whether cooking, dining, or relaxing.

The living room opens onto a generous-sized balcony overlooking the historic Fifth Avenue. With fun and comfortable seating, this is a great space to enjoy the ocean breeze over cocktails in the evening or coffee in the morning.

For your convenience and enjoyment, the main floor also features a half-bath and a washer.

Head to the second floor where you’ll find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a large closet, a wall-mounted TV, and a full bathroom. Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire condominium, including the private rooftop terrace with a private pool, as well as the shared rooftop pool with a barbecue area and plenty of lounging spaces. Guests will also have access to the underground parking and one parking space.
