There are also 2 rooftop terraces, one with a pool, for sunbathing during the day and stargazing at night. The first-floor living area is created in an open-plan style with a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room, revealing a veranda with a private garden and infinity pool. This modern yet rustic home is designed to evoke privacy, luxury, and nature, making it the perfect place to immerse yourself in Mexico's natural beauty. The kitchen, dining table, and living area are open-plan, allowing families to enjoy quality time surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the vibrant jungle encircling the villa.

Up the stairs, you will find 5 uniquely designed suites. Each suite has its own bathroom, king-size bed, and private terrace with ocean views.

Beach and Pool
There is a terrace located outside the living area, serving as your private garden with a pool, sunbathing areas, and direct access to a private stretch of beach.

Rooftop
Continuing upwards, you will reach the rooftop terrace. This spot offers stunning 360° views of the bay and the mangrove jungle. It's a place where you can admire the star-filled sky at night or relax on sun-drenched loungers during the day.

Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a panoramic view through the house over the expansive infinity pool until your eyes meet the breathtaking turquoise waters of Soliman Bay.

Services
To ensure guests feel well cared for, the villa includes maintenance and cleaning services provided by a lovely couple living in a separate house at the property entrance. They are available 24/7 to assist with any needs. The house is cleaned daily.

Soliman Bay is located just north of the town of Tulum. The area surrounding Soliman Bay is a secluded beach community made up of private villas and vacation homes with virtually no commercial development.
